Internet vs. Reality

Hi guys, I hope all of you are doing well 😊

Today I would like to share some thoughts with you regarding my personal observation during the past couple months. Yes, I’m going to write about this unfair difference between internet world and reality. A lot of the famous people I follow on Instagram lately shared their own opinion about how this “perfect world” actually threatens our real one. And it’s true…sad, but true, because we are all comparing our lives with the other ones…even when we deny that. For example I love to take pictures, when me and my husband are on a vacation somewhere I’m always begging him to make me some nice shots…he’s always never happy about that fact and we always have a little kind of a fight about…pictures.

I’m honestly saying that I don’t use any photoshop or any other modelling apps of a kind to touch my pictures. I only use the Instagram filters and that’s all…, but when I saw friend of mine to moderate her picture before adding it on her page, I was like “why?!” . Do we need to look unreal in the virtual world or this is something that we kind of always wanted to look like that and now with all those programs we could add some touch ups on our virtual life.

Sometimes I feel like all the other pictures on Instagram for example are much better than mine, rather that I’m trying really hard to get nice pics…, but than I just say to myself…”do I need this?!” .

This is a condition actually that threatens a lot our generation…to compare, to sneak into the others “life” and calm ourselves that we also have this “perfect” life. But this lifestyle isn’t perfect at all…to be a professional model or an influencer, you should always be “perfect” and this actually is very stressful and leads to a lot of mental stress even to some psychological problems.

Guys, live your life and enjoy your days! Don’t try to be perfect for this picture, for this internet post…for anything…our generation needs more randomness and more realness.

After all, what is more “perfect”, than reality?!

Me than vs. Me now

Hello guys,

On this very special for me day I would like to share some thoughts with you… On this day…seven years ago… me and my husband started dating. Seven is very important number for me and I believe is my lucky number…I’m born on 7th of April, my school number was 7 and etc.

Seven years… my longest and meaningful relationship ever…seven years ago I was just a girl who was looking for her greatest love… seven years later I’m a woman who’s trying to keep this sparkle every single day!

But this is not the main topic today. Recently, me and my husband had a lots of misunderstandings between us… I caught him in couple lies…and all this was connected with his best friend and his girlfriend. Long story short we had a serious conversation what marriage and relationship is and how some bad influence could ruin something that you have for so long, something strong and meaningful as your family. Yes, sometimes our friends are not as much friends as we are for them…and that showed us clearly last couple days.

I’m honest person and always go into relationship/ friendship or so with honesty. This is extremely important for me to be able to build trust and fruitful relationship. But unfortunately not everyone in my life responds the same…it turns out that some people in our life that we used to call friends are not…and that sometimes not only hurts, but betrays your faith in this people.

Of course I can forgive…, but I’m truly not sure if I can forget…

My previous me…seven years ago probably would bye for that…but now…I don’t think so… I grow up and become much wiser… at least I believe so 😃

So after all I wanted to share to you guys my advice. Never stop fighting for your happiness, love and the truth. All that matters in this complicated life is your own happiness!

Life is all about choices we make…and stick to them 💖

Hi guys,

Hope all of you are doing well. For the past couple months a lot has been happening and in the meantime everything is still the same ( in a good way of course)

You can stay at home or just enjoy the the rain outside… it’s up to you 😜

Lately I’m trying to focus on my mental health and stability by practicing more yoga and I feel wonderful, fully positive and energetic after a session. That’s why I decided to talk to you guys today and focus on the inside stability and how important is that for our health and life in general.

Sometimes you get passionate about kind of a sport and than it feels harder to stay on track and be able to make 2-3-5 workouts for a week…, but here is the moment where you should push your self a little, because after couple months it will come naturally to keep your own rhythm…and the same is happening with all other choices me make… sometimes we are the one who are not giving them a chance to improve our lives.

All we need is 🌞 and a 😊
Balance is the key 💖

It doesn’t need to be a strict plan that we need to follow…sometimes we need to let ourselves to be spontaneous, to learn to listen our inside voice.

It’s not about the perfect picture, or outfit or captured moment…sometimes it’s worth it just to enjoy your own time/day/ moment…without thinking about what’s next on my list… just truly get your self in those moment and live it…💖

The terrible two’s

Hello guys, it seems like forever from my last post. Today is a very special day for me and I would like to share it with you 💖

On this special day 2 years ago, I said YES to my beloved husband, best friend, partner and everything else what that gorgeous man means to me! And I never regret that!

Of course we had some problems, fights and all that bad energy things that could go through our lives, but that is probably inevitable… We had our bad moments like every other married couple and probably we’re gonna have them again in the future…who knows, but my point is to learn how to accept… to accept the person in front of you with all his negative parts, because everyone has his own bad part. To try to focus more on your love…on the topic why you love this person, not why you are mad at him at this moment…of course this is easy on a daily basis with our every day things… it’s very hard when it comes to more serious things like lies, cheating and betraying the trust between two people in general… in this occasions probably this is not your true half with whom you could spend a happy and joyful life.

There is periods between each couple, but the most important thing of having a healthy and happy marriage is to solve your problems with love and care, to look in the eyes of your partner and remember why you chose to say “yes” to this person exactly and also when something is touched with a positive energy, I strongly believe that that kind of energy is coming back to you…and the opposite…if you start with a negative vibe…all that is coming back to you!

So what I’m trying to say is that this world needs more love and care in general 💖

There is and there are going to be a lot’s of terrible two’s, four’s…tent’s and etc. Let’s try to go through this periods with love and care to our partners. In my opinion, this is the right way to a happy life, marriage and relationship in general… like they says… “until death do us apart”

When everything goes wrong…

Hi guys, welcome back to my page 😊

Hope all of you are doing well and enjoying those beautiful summer days!

Today I would like to share some personal experience with you. What are you doing when all of your business, personal and etc plans goes totally in a wrong direction.

All that just happened to me and I decided to share that experience with you guys. As a very neat and extremely organized person, you need to know that I always have a schedule for the day. Long time ago when all of my plans were interrupted by the destiny’s hand, I always used to get mad, to react on the situation with such a negative emotions… I’m glad that nowadays I could handle most of that feelings and remain still and calm in much more situations.

Of course there is still some misunderstandings which could shake me from the inside, but I’m really trying to react in a positive way… If something doesn’t go well, I’m trying to look at the positive side and act with positive thoughts, instead of negative ones.

You know that everything in this life happens for a reason and when the destiny isn’t giving you the things you want, maybe this is because you deserve something even better 😜

You always have at least two choices in life and your right choices are in your hands only!

“Feel the rain on your skin, no one else can feel it for you…”

Everything could go wrong, but if we manage to stay calm and react in a positive way, the results would be much better! Remember that after the rain comes a rainbow 🌈

Top 10 amazing places in Bulgaria

Hello guys,

Today I would like to share with you some really amazing places in my home country. Due to the past year…with all the lockdowns, coronavirus spread and travel restrictions we (me, my husband and our friends)decided to discover some “hidden” places in our country.

Probably some of you know, some don’t that here in Bulgaria we have small sea cost, we have mountains, we have a lots of mineral water resources, good wines and etc.

That practically makes our small and beautiful country year round travel destination.

For the winter for example…we have couple ski destinations like Bansko and Pamporovo, but a lot of the people don’t know actually how beautiful Bansko is during the summer. That is what I discovered past summer and I’m pretty sure that we’ll go there this summer again.

But during the summer is sooo beautiful as well

We have really small sea cost comparing with our neighbour Greece for example, but that doesn’t mean that we don’t have pretty sights and breathtaking sunsets.

My heart was won by Veleka beach this past summer…such a beautiful place where the delta of Veleka river hits the Black sea. So at one side there you have the view of the river and on the other side the beach… amazing!

On the other side, close to Veleka beach you could find one wild and extremely beautiful beach, called Silistar.

There is one more amazing place, I recently discovered, this place is called camping Zlatna ribka, right next to the well known city of Sozopol.

So… we went from the winter through the summer, but there is another year round destinations with great SPA, food and wine experience. Me and my husband just came back from one of them called Wine and SPA complex Starosel. We loved that place…

Amazing place which combines hot mineral water, great wine, food and a lots of activities either for adults or for the kids.

Of course there is more places like Starosel, Midalidare for example is another wonderful wine and spa destination, not only for relax and some getaway but even for your dreamed wedding.

Speaking of weddings I couldn’t not mention our wedding in the magic little village Golyama Zhelyazna, right on the Sopot’s dam. It’s not a coincidence that the place is called Heaven’s bay or Rayski Zaliv 🥰

There is a lot more places in our small country like the one I mentioned before…with the variety of wineries and mineral water resources there is great places like Chateau Copsa, amazing SPA destinations like Hissar, Pavel banya, Banya village, right next to the town of Bansko and many, many more… so if I inspired you a little give me a tumb up and consider to visit our beautiful country in case there is no more lockdowns, travel restrictions and etc.

Does the positive vibe helps…?!

Hello guys,

Today I would like to talk to you about those moments when you feel like everything underneath is falling apart despite all the positive thoughts you have in your mind.

Yes, there is moments like that in everyday life… and yes, those moments pass too… sooner or later

The only difference between going through those moments with as much as possible positive thoughts is that when it’s all gone you would be able to recover faster and easier… and yes, it is hard to actually apply those rules when you are really upset… oh boy, tell me about it… I’m mostly that kind of person who just need one flame… and the fire / storm / scandal is 100% sure… yes, a pure Aries 🙈

But I’m trying… really I’m trying to minimize the problem, not to make it even bigger with a nice fight for example. And yes, for me the positive vibe really helps in most of the times ☺️

So… my advice is to take a deep breath, make a nice dessert instead… or go out (if you can… with all this lockdowns) and enjoy some free quality time 💖

Whatever you choose to do… do it and keep your mind clean from negative thoughts 💖

New year new challenges…

Hello guys,

How are you in this cold weather. Hope all of you are healthy and happy!

Today I would like to tell you more about how my year started. I decided that 2021 will be different for us, because of the all changes we made last complicate year.

So first I decided to turn into myself and start a really healthy life. I decided to turn to a nutritionist for a complete and balanced meal plan and now I’m finishing my first week of this change.

I decided to stay away from all my negative thoughts and feelings about our new apartment and stop chopping this topic with my husband, so after all whatever happens with us in the future, at least I will be sure for myself that I did everything that I could.

I’m pretty sure that this year will be challenging too, even more than the last one, but this is something good. Challenges come to our life’s to change it in a good way, I strongly believe in this! Even in the worst scenario ( for example friend of mine just lost her kid due to a cancer… I really don’t know what to say to her now…it’s hard…).

All I want to say is that yes, life is hard… I experience a lot of shakings in my mood, doubts in my own abilities, but if you let all those feelings to take advantage of you the situation would become even worse.

I decided for myself that I’ll stop making all those big plans for everything and try just to have an idea of what I’m gonna do or where we’re gonna go and etc. I would like to be more flexible at the end of this year, more the type of person who’s trying to solve the problem, not to analyse it forever.

So this is practically my most bright new year’s resolutions. What about yours? I will be very happy if you share some of them with me in the comments below.
