Hi guys,
Hope all of you are doing well. For the past couple months a lot has been happening and in the meantime everything is still the same ( in a good way of course)

Lately I’m trying to focus on my mental health and stability by practicing more yoga and I feel wonderful, fully positive and energetic after a session. That’s why I decided to talk to you guys today and focus on the inside stability and how important is that for our health and life in general.

Sometimes you get passionate about kind of a sport and than it feels harder to stay on track and be able to make 2-3-5 workouts for a week…, but here is the moment where you should push your self a little, because after couple months it will come naturally to keep your own rhythm…and the same is happening with all other choices me make… sometimes we are the one who are not giving them a chance to improve our lives.


It doesn’t need to be a strict plan that we need to follow…sometimes we need to let ourselves to be spontaneous, to learn to listen our inside voice.

It’s not about the perfect picture, or outfit or captured moment…sometimes it’s worth it just to enjoy your own time/day/ moment…without thinking about what’s next on my list… just truly get your self in those moment and live it…💖
